Is my money safe with Ajala? +
Absolutely. All Ajala contributions are held in a secure, insured trust account separate from muvve's operating funds. Your savings are protected and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to our refund policy.
Can I change my target experience after I start saving? +
Yes. You can update your target experience at any time from your Ajala dashboard. Your savings balance and any accrued credits carry over to your new selection.
What happens if I need to pause or withdraw? +
You can pause your plan at any time. If you choose to withdraw, your principal is returned in full. Note that experience credits are only applied when you complete a booking — they are not redeemable as cash.
How soon can I start booking after reaching my goal? +
As soon as your goal is reached, you'll receive a notification and your experience booking window opens immediately. You'll have 12 months to use your savings and credits.
Can I save for more than one experience at a time? +
Yes — you can run up to three Ajala goals simultaneously, each with its own target experience, timeline, and credit balance.
